Kundalini Yoga + Meditation is a combination of breathwork (pranayama), mantra (sound and frequency), meditation, and movement. Kundalini is energy that lays dormant at the base of your spine and in this class, we move, meditate breathe, and listen or chant mantras to raise the kundalini. In doing so you can have more strength, energy, a strong nervous system, more love, and more prosperity!
